The Pakistan Meteorological Department (Met Office) has issued a fresh weather advisory, warning of windstorms, rain, and thunderstorms expected to affect various parts of the country between 27th to 31st May. The forecast includes occasional heavy rainfall, hailstorms, and lightning, especially in the upper and central regions.

Moist currents are continuously entering the upper and central regions of Pakistan, and a westerly wave is expected to move in by May 28th. Under the influence of this weather system, several cities are expected to experience severe weather conditions during the week, with occasional gaps.
