Wafi Energy Pakistan Limited (WEPL) has reported a strong profit of Rs. 873 million in the first quarter of 2025, up significantly from Rs. 314 million in the same period last year, despite ongoing challenges in the oil and energy sector.

The company’s Lubricants division drove notable growth in both consumer and industrial segments, supported by key partnerships with leading automotive brands like Hyundai and Suzuki. These collaborations highlight the trust WEPL has built within the industry.

In its Mobility segment, WEPL expanded its footprint by launching new Shell-branded fuel stations. The performance of Shell V-Power, its premium fuel, also contributed to higher customer retention and enhanced brand visibility.

WEPL’s steady market share, proactive regulatory engagement, and commitment to innovation and customer service reflect its resilience and leadership in a competitive market.

With this strong Q1 performance, WEPL is positioned well for continued growth in 2025.
